Here's Davy showing off his fabu ballet shoes he had to get for one of his classes.

More lovely ballet moves.

Here's the bill from our dinner in Little Italy. I don't think mom was expecting to pay so much.

I just loved the colors happening here, no real reason to take the picture.

Battery Park

Davy and I at Battery Park. Tacky souvenirs abound! Check out our faux Burberry and Gucci sunglasses.

Davy and I before we go see Aida (which was a great play). I don't know if it's possible for Davy to look more Italian in this picture.

At dinner at Casa Bella in Little Italy. That's Joe Brillo, our awesome waiter in the background.

Cool statue in Batter Park.

Front view of cool statue in Battery Park.

Flatiron building

Mom showing off the latest in haute couture in NY. We thought Lindsey might like this one. =)

Fox & Friends taping.

Mom with an anchor from Fox.

Mom checking out the taping at Fox.

I just liked how this guy was sleeping on the bench, like he's holding on for dear life.

Davy busting up while trying to take the ugliest pictures ever (see below).

More of Davy busting up while trying to take the ugliest pictures ever (see below).

Fish market in Chinatown.

Entrance to Little Italy. Don't the two guys in the foreground look like mafia?

Little Italy. I like this because it's got so much Italian. The glats, the cross, the tacky Christmas decor still up, and a sign saying cappucino, beer, espresso, wine.

Gotta experience a New York hot dog, right?

A model in Times Square being sponged with makeup (did I mention it felt like it was 100% humidit, and 95 degree weather?).

Mom at a war memorial in Battery Park. There were tons of these, and they're huge. We were cracking up though, because she couldn't figure out how to pose (Gail-style!) in front of all the names of dead soldiers.

Outside the Today Show with Lester Holt.

The Naked Cowboy in the middle of Times Square.

More Naked Cowboy. I couldn't believe this guy.

After the Today show with Soledad O'Brien. She is a really nice woman - and gorgeous.

In Little Italy. This so reminded me of REAL Italy. Especially the Cinque Terre, where it seems like there are tons of people hanging out their window. The fact that he's shirtless is icing.

I just thought the sun was in a really cool place, so I took a picture.

Sleeping, exhausted Sofia. Look at those lips!

This one's for GUP! This is the Soup Kitchen, of the infamous Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.

Davy, obnoxious. Does it need an explanation?

Sofia, taking a bus ride.

Had to take this - Trading Spaces in Times Square!

Another fun shot from Little Italy. A shrine in the window of a liquor store.

FAO Schwartz doesn't hold a CANDLE to the Toys R Us in Times Square. It was so awesome - this Ferris Wheel is in the middle of the store.

Close up of this awesome sculpture we saw.

Here's the sculpture. I wish the pole wasn't in the way. It's depicting the blue collar workers in New York in the 30s.

And here's me being (yep!) obnoxious in front of the sad, somber statue.

This is take 1 of us trying to get the ugliest picture of Davy ever. This was close, but not quite what we were looking for.

And here's the winner - the ugliest picture of Davy ever. I think we did a really good job. =)
